  • How often is new product added?

    Check back often, as new product is added frequently. Due to specific seasonality of product and the different areas of the world our product comes from, our inventory is constantly changing.

  • How do you ensure that I am getting the freshest product?

    Our product comes in on the cold chain, meaning that it is transported in refrigeration to ensure the best quality possible. These controlled temperatures increase the longevity of your flowers. Once the fresh product reaches Baisch and Skinner, we ship it to you FedEx Next Day to ensure that it gets to you in the fastest way and therefore decreasing the amount of time it encounters temperatures outside of the cold chain.

  • What days do you ship fresh product?

    We ship Monday through Thursday FedEx Next Day (excluding major holidays). This means that our fresh product can arrive to you on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday (excluding major holidays).

  • How far in advance do I need to place my order?

    We need at least a minimum of 10 days to get your order placed and delivered. Your product can be delivered to you on a Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday (excluding major holidays), as long as it is after 10 days from the date you purchase online. If there is a challenge with the timing of your order, we will contact you immediately.

  • How far out can my order be placed?

    You can place your order up to 3 months out. (Example: June 1st for September 1st).

  • When can I expect my order?

    Please note your delivery date in the space provided during the checkout process. Your delivery date must be at least 10 days out from the day you place your order. Our fresh product can arrive to you on a Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday (excluding major holidays).

  • Why do I need to enter my credit card information?

    All of our web orders require a credit card for payment. We do not accept checks, cash, CODs, or charges to your Baisch and Skinner account for web store orders. These aggressive prices are only offered on our web store, so to ensure your order, it must be paid with a credit card at checkout.
